Consent judgment finalized for incinerator odor

A consent judgment regarding the incinerator’s odor has been finalized by the Michigan Department of the Attorney General.  Today a press statement was released by the Attorney General announcing the judgment between the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and Michigan Waste Energy & Detroit Renewable Power waste incinerator. Incinerator Odor Update: Consent Judgment signed
